INGREDIENTS

1 c Cottage cheese, creamed
2 T Lemon juice
2 T Milk
2 T Salad dressing, mayonnaise
2 T Green onions, chopped
1/4 c Parsley, coarsely chopped
1/2 t Tarragon leaves
1 ds Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix ingredients in a blender, scraping sides of blender jar with a
rubber scraper and reblending as required until mixture is smooth and
creamy.  Serve with fresh vegetable sticks.  Makes 1-1/3 cups dip
