| 1/2 | lb | Skim milk cottage cheese |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 4 | tb | Flour |
INSTRUCTIONS
I use this recipe constantly. It is very easy. Mix cheese and egg in blender. Put in bowl and stir in flour. Fry slowly in non-stick 7 1/2 " omelet pan. Makes 2 pancakes. Use topping of choice.
