INSTRUCTIONS
Crush the chopped capsicum, curd, salt, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves and garlic together till the mixture almost resembles a paste. Marinate the cottage cheese cubes for two hours in this mixture. Grill or bake in a hot oven till soft and done. Serve with lime slices and shredded red cabbage. Converted by MC_Buster.
