INGREDIENTS

1 Three-bean salad, drained
1 Chickpeas, drained
1 Can white potatoes, drained
1/2 c Pickled beets, drained
2 c Salad greens, washed and
shredded
1/4 c Crumbled bacon or bacon bits
Pepper to taste
1/2 c Olive oil
3 Cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c Wine vinegar
1 t Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix three-bean salad with chickpeas, white potatoes and pickled beets.
Spoon over greens.  Top with crumbled bacon.  Drizzle dressing over
all. Top with pepper.  Yield: 4 servings  Typed in MMFormat by
