INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Microwave onion and water on high 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Place stuffing cubes in bottom of 10 x 6 inch baking dish that has
been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Cover with onion, Canadian Bacon and cheese.
4. In a separate bowl mix eggs, milk and seasonings; pour over
stuffing mixture.
5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
6. Bake uncovered, at 325 degrees F for 1 hour.
7. Allow 10 minutes to stand and set before serving.
Yields 6 - 8 servings.
