Country Brunch With Pork Chitterlings

INGREDIENTS

1 Field mushroom
1 Brown bread
1 Pork, apple and cider
sausage
2 Unsalted unsmoked back bacon
1 Egg
Beef dripping
Pork chitterlings

INSTRUCTIONS

Place a large frying pan over a medium heat and add some beef
dripping. Fry the bread and place in the oven on a very low heat. Fry
the mushroom and chitterlings for a few minutes. Then add the sausage
and after that the bacon.  Put the cooked items in the oven with the
bread, and make sure the  chitterlings are fried for at least 15
minutes. Finally fry the egg  and serve.  Converted by MC_Buster.
