Peanut oil; in a large skillet (large enough to hold all peaces without crowding). Brown chicken on all sides evenly, remove, and keep warm. To the skillet add |

INSTRUCTIONS
tomatoes - plum style with basil). Bring to a boil, stirring and add
chicken. Cover and cook until chicken is cooked through, about 20 - 30
minutes. Drain and add currents/ raisens and 1 package of slivered
almonds. Serve with cooked rice and a good chutney on the side. The
sauce and vegetables are based on about 2 lbs of chicken breasts (5 -
6 breast halves). Serves 4 - 6 people. Vern in a warm 70 degree
Atlanta.
