INSTRUCTIONS
In 10-inch skillet, over medium heat in hot oil, cook celery, onion and
garlic until tender, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Set aside 1/2 cup Tabasco 7 Spice Chili Recipe. In large bowl, combine
remaining chili recipe, ground beef, ground turkey, egg, bread crumbs,
TABASCO® pepper sauce, salt, thyme, cumin and cooked celery mixture until
well mixed.
Preheat oven to 350°F. In 12 x 8-inch baking dish, shape mixture into 10 x
4-inch oval. Brush top with reserved 1/2 cup Tabasco® 7 Spice Chili Recipe.
Bake 1 hour.
Makes 8 servings.
Serving Suggestion: Serve meat loaf with roasted new potatoes, baby
carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and green beans.
