INGREDIENTS

1 lb Pork sausage, bulk
1/2 c Pepper, green chopped
1/2 c Rice, regular long-grain
1 T Scallions, chopped
3/4 c Celery, chopped
13 3/4 oz Chicken broth, College
Inn), Inn

INSTRUCTIONS

In large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook and stir sausage until
browned; drain well.  Stir in rice, celery, green pepper, scallions
and chicken broth; bring to boil.  Reduce heat; cover and simmer 45
minutes, stirring occasionally, until liquid is absorbed and rice is
