310 gram can mixed beans; rinsed and drained |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the butter in a saucepan.
Add the mince and onion and cook over a high heat until brown
Combine the soup mix, tomatoes, juice and water. Add to the mince
with the brown sugar and vinegar.
Bring to the boil, stirring, then cover and simmer over a low heat
for 20 mins. Stir occasionally.
Add the beans. Cover and simmer for a further 10-15 minutes.
Serve with rice.
