INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the onion and fry until softened.
Add the sugar and fry for 2 - 3 minutes longer. Add the tomatoes,
Garlic Granules and Thyme and cook until thickened, about 10 - 15
minutes. Add the courgettes and cook for another 5 - 10 minutes until
they are soft. Season with salt and Pepper and serve.
