CATEGORY CUISINE TAG YIELD
1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 Box cous cous cooked according to instructions (they now have flavored ones and I have tried the roasted garlic which is nice. You can also flavor your own by just cooking in broth rather than water)
1 cn Black olives sliced
1 sm Onion minced
2 Tomatoes cut up small
1 Cucumber cut into small peices
2 Or more hot peppers minced or sliced into rings
Drizzle w/ olive oil and some nice vinegar, basil or dill weed (enough to give it flavor and sort of keep it from sticking together) I have also used mixed up Good Seasons

INSTRUCTIONS

It's a nice lite starch, using fresh vegies at the same time. Better than
pasta salad, I think. Posted to CHILE-HEADS DIGEST V4 #081 by
