1 1/2 c WATER
1/2 ts SALT
2 tb BUTTER
1/2 c COUSCOUS
3/4 c WATER
1/4 ts SALT
1 tb BUTTER

INSTRUCTIONS

TO MAKE 2 SERVINGS
IN A SAUCEPAN, BRING WATER, SALT AND BUTTER TO A BOIL. STIR IN
COUSCOUS; COVER. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND LET STAND 5 MINUTES. FLUFF
COUSCOUS LIGHTLY WITH FORK BEFORE SERVING. NOTE: SEASONED BROTH MAY
BE SUBSTITUTED FOR WATER. MICROWAVE METHOD. BRING WATER, SALT AND
BUTTER TO RAPID BOIL IN MICROWAVE.  ADD COUSCOUS AND LET STAND 5
MINUTES COVERED WITH GLASS LID OR PLASTIC WRAP. FLUFF WITH FORK.
