INGREDIENTS

500 g Couscous
Chicken Consomme
1 375 g can Chickpeas
1/2 c Toasted pin nuts

INSTRUCTIONS

This recipe will go with any type of braised meats.
Cook instant couscous, following the instructions on the packet and
using chicken consomme instead of water.
Drain and rinse chickpeas, heat through and toss with the cooked
couscous. Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with toasted
pine nuts. Serves 6.
