INGREDIENTS

1/4 | t | Cuminseed |
1/4 | t | Salt |
1/2 | c | Couscous |
1/3 | c | Thinly sliced scallion |
3 | T | Minced fresh parsley leaves |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small saucepan combine 3/4 cup water, the oil, the cuminseed, and the salt and bring the mixture to a boil. Stir in the couscous and let the mixture stand, covered, off the heat for 5 minutes.
