1	c	Butter or margarine
1	c	Plain sugar
1	c	Brown sugar
2		Eggs
2	c	Oatmeal
2	c	Flour
1	ts	Baking soda
1/2	ts	Baking powder
1/2	ts	Salt
1	ts	Vanilla
1	pk	(12-oz) chocolate chips; (optional)
1	c	Chopped pecans

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream margarine with sugar. Add eggs. Sift dry ingredients together & add
to margarine & sugar mixture. Add vanilla, chocolate chips, oatmeal &
pecans. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 8-10
minutes.
