INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking
spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 quart cookie mix, melted
butter, egg and vanilla. Mix until well-blended. You may need to
finish mixing with your hands. Shape into walnut-sized balls. Place 2
inches apart on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes,
until edges are lightly browned. Let cool 5 minutes. Remove cookies
to racks to finish cooling. Yield: 3 dozen cookies.
