STEAKS
PROCEDURE:
For the topping, combine all ingredients and blend well.
Rub the steaks with garlic, salt and pepper. Brush the steaks with
oil and pan fry or cook on a grill to your desired doneness. Glaze
both steaks with BBQ sauce. Top with bread crumbs and finish in a hot
oven until brown. Serve immediately.
