Cowboy Sirloin Steak

INGREDIENTS

1 Chopped parsley
3/4 lb Bread crumbs
3/4 lb Melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
4 Cloves garlic, minced
2 Sirloin steaks, 7 to 8
ounces each
2 t Minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil as needed
BBQ sauce as needed

INSTRUCTIONS

PROCEDURE  For the topping, combine all ingredients and blend well.
Rub the steaks with garlic, salt and pepper. Brush the steaks with  oil
and pan fry or cook on a grill to your desired doneness. Glaze  both
steaks with BBQ sauce. Top with bread crumbs and finish in a hot  oven
