INGREDIENTS

1 c Crushed New Mexico red chiles; (pick your variety I prefer Sandia)
4 tb Garlic
3 tb Crushed mexican oregano
2 tb Cumin
Salt dash to 1 teaspoon; (I use a dash)
1/8 c Lime juice
3 1/2 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend ingredients thoroughly in a blender until smooth. Also
sometimes I add a 1/8 cup tequila or beer to add to the complexity.
