INSTRUCTIONS
Any turkey breast ( with bone or without--but the boneless are pricey)
which will fit your crockpot will do. Thaw and remove gravy packet if your
turkey breast comes with one. (Use it later for another recipe)
Stir onion soup mix into cranberry sauce and water. Add turkey breast,
cover and cook Hi 2 hours and then 8-10 hours on low.
Sounds strange but it is delicious, and you can't tell what is in the Au
Jes gravy. (Thin gravy, which can be served as is, or turkey breast removed
and thickened with flour, as you would normally make gravy, with Crockpot
on hi for 10-15 minutes til it boils and thickens.)
Note: All crockpot recipes should start out on Hi for 1-2 hours, then be
turned to low for remaining cooking time.
