Another standby is crab in barbecue sauce. Drain a can of crabmeat, squeeze a little lemon over it, and mix with enough commercial barbecue sauce (I use Open Pit) to make it red. Spread some softened cream cheese on a plate, top with the crab mixture, and serve with crackers.
