Cocktail Sauce; (I use Bennets) |

Scallions; sliced |

Crab Meat; drain very well and flake apart |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix first 5 ingredients together and spread 1/2" thick on serving plate.
Chill to firm. Spread with cocktail sauce, then sprinkle with the crab and
top with sliced scallions. Serve with crackers.
