INGREDIENTS
| 3 | oz | Cream cheese; softened |
| 1/4 | c | Maui onion; finely minced |
| 2 | tb | Fresh chives; chopped |
| 1/4 | c | Carrot; finely shredded |
| 2 | tb | Roasted peppers; finely chopped |
| 1 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | ds | Tabasco sauce |
| 1 | pk | (6 oz) frozen crab meat; cooked, drained |
INSTRUCTIONS
Can substitute any sweet onion for the Maui onion. Beat the cream cheese. Add remianing ingredients except crab and mix well. Fold in flaked crab. Fills about 2 doz mini cream puffs.
