Isn't this a wonderful old fashioned and much loved Maryland recipe for
Crab Imperial. Once in awhile it's just worth the extra calories. Terry
About an hour before serving:
1. Saute green pepper and pimiento in butter 3 to 5 minutes.
2. Make the white sauce. Heat the over to 350F.
3. Add rest of ingredients to white sauce except 1/2 of the mayonnaise.
4. Turn crabmeat mixture into well-greased 2 1/2 quart casserole. Spread
top with the remaining 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Bake about 30 minutes.
