INGREDIENTS

2 tb Unflavored gelatin
1/2 c Cold water
1 c Boiling water
1 c Mayonnaise
1 c Whipping cream
2 c Flaked crabmeat
2 1/2 tb Pimiento
6 Stuffed olives, stuffed
1/2 Green peper, diced
1 Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Soften gelatin in cold water.  Dissolve in boiling water, then chill. Fold
in mayonnaise, whipped cream, crabmeat, pimiento, olives and green pepper.
Turn into a cold, wet 6 cup mold and chill until set.
