Name: Crab Ring
Ingredients: 1 ts Unflavored gelatin; 1/4 c Cold water; 2 pk (8-oz) cream cheese; softened; 2 tb Sherry; 1 Jar (2-oz) chopped pimento; drained; 1 cn Crab meat; drained; 1 ts Lemon juice; 1/8 ts Black pepper; 2 tb Parsley

INGREDIENTS

1	ts	Unflavored gelatin
1/4	c	Cold water
2	pk	(8-oz) cream cheese; softened
2	tb	Sherry
1		Jar (2-oz) chopped pimento; drained
1	cn	Crab meat; drained
1	ts	Lemon juice
1/8	ts	Black pepper
2	tb	Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Stir over hot water until dissolved. In
mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add melted gelatin, sherry, salt,
pimento & remaining ingredients. Pour into a 3-cup mold that has been
greased or sprayed. Chill until set & serve with crackers.
