INGREDIENTS
2 | lb | Crab meat |
1 1/2 | c | Sharp cheese, coarsely |

4 | c | Thick white sauce |
2 | T | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 | c | Green pepper, finely |
Diced | ||
2 | T | Sherry |
1/2 | c | Pimientos, chopped |
Salt, pepper paprika/ | ||
Taste | ||
1 | c | Celery, finely diced |
2 | c | Rice |
1 | T | Curry powder |
2 | c | Chicken stock |
Salt to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
Season white sauce with salt, pepper, Worcestershire and sherry. Combine all ingredients or arrange in layers in casserole dish, keeping back 1/2 cup cheese for top of dish. Sprinkle paprika over top and bake for one hour in 350 degree oven. Serve with curried rice: combine all ingredients and steam for one hour. "Charleston Receipts" formatted by Mary Bowles.
