Crab With Curried Rice

INGREDIENTS

2 lb Crab meat
1 1/2 c Sharp cheese, coarsely
Grate
4 c Thick white sauce
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c Green pepper, finely
Diced
2 T Sherry
1/2 c Pimientos, chopped
Salt, pepper paprika/
Taste
1 c Celery, finely diced
2 c Rice
1 T Curry powder
2 c Chicken stock
Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Season white sauce with salt, pepper, Worcestershire and sherry.
Combine all ingredients or arrange in layers in casserole dish,
keeping back 1/2 cup cheese for top of dish.  Sprinkle paprika over
top and bake for one hour in 350 degree oven.  Serve with curried
rice: combine all ingredients and steam for one hour. "Charleston
