Crab with Curried Rice

INGREDIENTS

CRAB—–
2 lb Crab meat
1 1/2 c Sharp cheese — coarsely
Grate
4 c Thick white sauce
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c Green pepper — finely
Diced
2 tb Sherry
1/2 c Pimientos — chopped
Salt, pepper — paprika/
Taste
1 c Celery — finely diced
CURRIED RICE—–
2 c Rice
1 tb Curry powder
2 c Chicken stock
Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Season white sauce with salt, pepper, Worcestershire and sherry.  Combine
all ingredients or arrange in layers in casserole dish, keeping back 1/2
cup cheese for top of dish.  Sprinkle paprika over top and bake for one
hour in 350 degree oven.  Serve with curried rice: combine all ingredients
