INGREDIENTS

TABASCO pepper sauce |
INSTRUCTIONS
Soak wheat in water about 30 minutes, until tender. In large bowl, toss
together parsley, mint, scallion and tomato. Drain wheat well and add to
ingredients in bowl. Beat together oil, lemon juice, salt and Tabasco
pepper sauce; pour over wheat and vegetables and mix well. Serve on large
lettuce cups.
