INGREDIENTS
3/4 | c | Sugar |
1/4 | c | Honey |
1/2 | c | Water |
2 | c | Fresh cranberries |
1/4 | c | Orange marmalade |
1/4 | c | Toasted sliced almonds |
Nutmeg |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a sauce pot combine the sugar, honey, and water. Bring to a boil, stirring to incorporate the sugar and honey. Boil for 6 minutes. Add the cranberries, return to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, until the cranberries pop, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat Stir in the marmalade and almonds.
