Cranberry And Cinnamon Relish

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Onions, halved and sliced
2 T Vegetable oil
3 T Brown sugar
9 oz Cranberries
2 T Redcurrant jelly
1 Cinnamon stick

INSTRUCTIONS

Gently cook the onions in the oil and sugar for about 20 mins, until
soft ad caramelised. Add rest of the ingredients with a quarter pint
of water and seasoning. Simmer for about 10 mins until the  cranberries
are soft. Taste and add more sugar if required. Serve  warm.  Posted to
