8-inch pie crust with extra for lattice strips |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a saucepan, blend together cornstarch and sugar. Add the hot water and
cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Add raisins, butter, and
cranberries. Cook for 5 minutes. Pour filling into pie crust and cover top
with 1/2 inch lattice strips of pastry. Bake at 450° for 30 minutes.
