INGREDIENTS

1 lb Fresh Cranberries
1 c Coarsely Chopped Peeled
Apple Pippin Or Granny
Smith Work Best
1 c Raisins
1 c Onions, Coarsely Chopped
1/2 c Celery, Coarsely Chopped
1 c Sugar
1 c Vinegar
3/4 c Water
2 t Cinnamon
2 t Ground Cloves
1/2 t Ground Cloves

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil while stirring.
Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Refrigerate
in an airtight container until serving time. Serve cold.  Per serving:
