BAKING MIX
Heat oven to 375. Mix apples, cranberry's, tapioca, cinnamon and water in
a large sauce pan. Let stand 5 min. Stirring constantly, cook on med.
heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Pour into a 2 quart baking dish.
Mix all of the ingredients in part 2. Drop by spoonfulls on apple
cranberry mixture. Bake 30 - 45 min.
*If you do not have or can't get the Bisquick Reduced fat baking mix, here
is another version you can use, that I took out of the "Butter Buster
Cookbook" and is just as good!!
Combine dry ingredients. Stir in liquid Butter Buds with fork until
moistened and it resembles coarse crumbs. Add skim milk,water, adn Egg
Beater mixing until dry ingredients are moistened. Drop by cup fulls over
hot filling.
