Cranberry Apple Relish

(12-oz) frozen apple-juice concentrate; thawed

3-inch-long sticks cinnamon

(4 medium-size) Golden Delicious apples; peeled, halved, cored, and sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In 3-quart saucepan, heat undiluted apple-juice concentrate and cinnamon
to boiling over high heat. Add cranberries and cook until most of the
berries pop.
2. Stir apples into cranberry mixture and return to boiling. Remove from
heat; remove and discard cinnamon sticks. Cool relish to room temperature;
transfer to jar or container; cover and refrigerate until cold. Just before
serving, transfer relish to serving dish.
