INSTRUCTIONS
The name is more fun than the dish itself. This dish was brought with the
colonists from England, where a fool was made of many different kinds of
fruit. The meaning of the name? It comes from the French term "fouler,"
which means to crush.
Pour the cranberries into a medium-sized food processor and grind them
up. Mix with the almond extract and the orange peel. Whip the cream and
gently fold it into the cranberry mixture. Serve in very small dishes or
wineglasses.
