INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray and flour. In
a mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, baking soda, and ginger. In another
mixing bowl, combine egg whites, honey, orange juice, applesauce, vanilla,
cranberries, and apples. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just
until moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 25
minutes, or until browned and firm to the touch.
