Cranberry-Ginger-Relish

INGREDIENTS

1 c Cranberries; fresh or frozen
1/4 c Brown sugar; packed
1/4 c Celery; chopped finely
2 tb Onion; chopped finely
1 tb Ginger root; chopped finely
1/4 c Cider vinegar
2 tb Water
2 ts Dijon style mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

In small saucepan over high heat, combine all ingredients. bring to a
boil; reduce heat and simmer, strirring, until mixture is thickened,
about 10 minutes. Serve warm, or refrigerate and serve cold.
Makes 1 cup relish.
