INGREDIENTS
1 | c | Cranberries, fresh or frozen |
1/4 | c | Brown sugar, packed |
1/4 | c | Celery, chopped finely |
2 | T | Onion, chopped finely |
1 | T | Ginger root, chopped finely |
1/4 | c | Cider vinegar |
2 | T | Water |
2 | t | Dijon style mustard |
INSTRUCTIONS
In small saucepan over high heat, combine all ingredients. bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, strirring, until mixture is thickened, about 10 minutes. Serve warm, or refrigerate and serve cold. Makes 1 cup relish. Contributor: Woman's Day: Low Fat Meals, Summer 1997 ----
