INGREDIENTS

1 c Cranberries, fresh or frozen
1/4 c Brown sugar, packed
1/4 c Celery, chopped finely
2 T Onion, chopped finely
1 T Ginger root, chopped finely
1/4 c Cider vinegar
2 T Water
2 t Dijon style mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

In small saucepan over high heat, combine all ingredients. bring to a
boil; reduce heat and simmer, strirring, until mixture is thickened,
about 10 minutes. Serve warm, or refrigerate and serve cold.  Makes 1
