Jell-O Cranberry flavor gelatin; 8-serving size

Cold ginger ale

Green and/or red seedless grapes; halved

Mandarin orange segments; 11-ounce, drained
INSTRUCTIONS
In large bowl stir boiling water into gelatin at least 2 minutes until
completely dissolved. Stir in cold ginger ale. Refrigerate about 1 1/2
hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through mixture leaves definite
impression). Stir in fruit. Spoon into 6-cup mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or
until firm. Unmold. Garnish as desired. Store leftover gelatin mold in
refrigerator. Makes
10 servings. Note: lemon-lime carbonated beverage or water may be
substituted for the ginger ale. 2 packages of 4-serving size Jell-O may be
used instead of 1 package of an 8-serving size. Any red flavor of Jell-O
may be used.
