INSTRUCTIONS
STANDARD SUGAR SYRUP
Wash cranberries and coarsely chop in blender or food processor. Add all
the ingredients to the alcohol. Steep for 4 weeks. Strain and filter. If
more sweetener is required, add more sugar syup to taste and mature for
another week.
Standard Sugar Syrup: Put the sugar and water in a sauce pan and heat over
a medium heat, stirring occasionally until it forms clear liquid. Let it
cool.
