INSTRUCTIONS
In large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt & soda.
Stir to mix well. Add orange juice, melted butter & egg to dry ingredients.
Mix well until blended. Stir in cranberries & nuts. Grease & flour 9x5-inch
loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 55-65 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Butter the top of the loaf while hot, wrap in foil & store in refrigerator.
This makes wonderful cream cheese sandwiches. Slice bread thinly & spread
with plain cream cheese or pineapple cream cheese.
