INGREDIENTS

1 c Cranberry sauce, jelled
type
2/3 c Packed brown sugar
1/4 c Vegetable oil
2 Eggs
2 c Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c Chopped nuts, or you could
substitute raisins

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix cranberry sauce,
brown sugar, oil and eggs. Stir in Bisquick and nuts. Put mixture in a
greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Cut in squares
and serve warm or cold. We couldn't wait for it to cool, so we tried
it warm--very warm :-) You could make a streusel topping for it, but I
didn't bother. Posted to Bakery-Shoppe Digest V1 #254 by
