Cranberry Orange Bread

INGREDIENTS

2 c Flour
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/4 c Soft butter or margarine
3/4 c Orange juice
1 c Cranberries
3/4 c Sugar
1/2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Orange peel
1 Egg
1/2 Chopped nuts.

INSTRUCTIONS

Grease bottom only of loaf pan. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking
soda; stir in butter till mixture is crumbly. Stir in o.j., orange peel,
and egg,just till moistened; stir in berries, and nuts. Spread in pan. Bake
at 350 oven for 55-60 min. Cool 5 min., remove from pan.
