INGREDIENTS
| 1 | pk | (3-oz) orange-flavored gelatin |
| 1 1/2 | c | Boiling water |
| 1 | c | Jellied cranberry sauce |
| 1 | c | Diced celery |
| 2 | tb | Minced onion |
| 3 | tb | White vinegar |
INSTRUCTIONS
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened. Add cranberry sauce, cut in 1/4-inch cubes; celery; onion; and vinegar. Mix gently. Chill until firm. Yield: 6 servings.
