Cranberry-orange Congealed Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 3-oz orange-flavored
gelatin
1 1/2 c Boiling water
1 c Jellied cranberry sauce
1 c Diced celery
2 T Minced onion
3 T White vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened. Add
cranberry sauce, cut in 1/4-inch cubes; celery; onion; and vinegar.
Mix gently. Chill until firm. Yield: 6 servings.  From <The Progressive
