1 Whole berry cranberry sauce
2 Pears, cored and diced
1/2 t Ground nutmeg
1/2 t Ground allspice
4 Inches stick cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

Place ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil & cook for 3- 4 minutes,
stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Cover & chill. Remove
cinnamon before serving. Makes 3+ cups. May be made ahead & chilled
for up to a week. Nutritional info: per 1/4 c. approx. 0 protein, 0
fat, 0 choloresterol, 2 gm dietary fiber, less than 117 calories
